Brief Answer:
Apply plenty of moisturisers, take fish, fruits & vegetables,no alcohol

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I can understand your concern.
Winters definitely lead to worsening of psoriasis. First of all keep your skin moisturised by frequent and liberal use of moistirisers. This will reduce your itching, dryness and scaling.
Looking at your photograph I think less than 20 percent of your body surface area is involved and there is no need to take immusuppresant medicines at this stage.
If I were your treating doctor I would recommend you to use a shampoo containing coal tar and salicylic acid twice weekly along with coconut oil application on the scalp. For the scalp lesions you can apply a lotion containing clobetasol propionate and salicylic acid twice daily.
For the body lesions I would suggest clobetasol propionate and salicylic acid combination ointment twice daily on the affected sites of the body along with cream containing white soft paraffin and liquid paraffin as moisturiser on the entire body.
For itching you can consider taking antihistaminics like tablet levocetrizine once or twice daily depending on your itching.
As far as diet is concerned increase the intake of fruits and vegetables especially carrots and tomatoes. If you take nonvegetarian food then go for fish as it contains omega 3 fatty acids which are found to be very beneficial in psoriasis. Avoid intake of alcohol.
I hope to have answered your queries.
I would be happy to clarify any further doubts.

Thanks Dr. Asmeet for your reply and advice. My dermatologist suggest me to use salisia KT shampoo. Do combination clobetasol propionate and salicylic acid combination have better result than this.

and how to apply it on scalp in wet hair or dry and for how long time. to wash it which water i should prefer warm or cold.

May i have your office number for further queries.

Brief Answer:
Clobetasol and salicylic acid applied on plaque of psoriasis on dry scalp

Detailed Answer:
Yes you can use salisia KT as a shampoo. It contains salicylic acid and ketoconazole. I have mentioned about using clobetasol propionate and salicylic acid containing lotion which has to be applied over the affected areas of the scalp twice daily in addition to the shampoo.
It has to be applied on red plaques of psoriasis on dry scalp two times in a day: that is morning and at night and is left as such. Head wash can be with salisia KT shampoo or the shampoo containing coal tar and salicylic acid combination which I have mentioned earlier twice weekly. You can use lukewarm water for washing your hair.
