Suggest Treatment For Polyhydramnios During Pregnancy
All causes of polyhydramnios should be ruled out
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Polyhydramnios can be due to maternal diabetes, congenital anomalies in fetus like tracheo esophageal fistula and duodenal atresia, or can bedue to fetal infections, or no cause is found( idiopathic).
If the diabetes is ruled out, then you should get your TORCH test done to detect any fetal infection, and get a detailed ultrasound by a fetal medicine specialist to look for the abovementioned anomalies in the fetus.
Further management should be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
