Brief Answer:
Hydrocortisone cream, antihistamine and Ibuprofen.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much of this query.

I have reviewed this information fully. Being away on vacation, I will recommend the following measures to you.

1. Apply an anti itch cream: 1% hydrocortisone cream directly to the affected area.
2. If you have itches, 25mg of Benadryl 3-4times daily would be helpful.
3. A pain drug such as Ibuprofen 400mg every 8hours if in pain.

In addition, avoid picking on blisters and apply dampen towel in cool tap water over the affected area for relief. Applying anti-itch cream.

However, the best measures is always to stay away from sun and apply sunscreen lotion if you must get exposed.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow through with me if need be.
