Brief Answer:
I personally donot advise it

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for your query. I have read your query. I would be better able to help you if you provide your baby's current weight and height.

Vitazyme has one enzyme and three types of oils and can cause irritability in kids. If you take one dose of it yourself, you will know its side effects.

Low appetite can be a transient phase or it can be due some reasons like arguing while giving him food, nutritional deficiencies (like iron deficiency, calcium deficiency, etc), some infection, etc. Thus I would advise you to get his basic blood tests done to see if something is wrong.

Brief Answer:
His weight is in above normal range

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Your sons weight is 11 kg at the age of 1 yr. He is doing exceptionally well and his weight is at 90th percentile for his age. Please be reassured and don't be worried about his low appetite. It is probably a transient phase.

For your information I am sending the following WHO link about weight for age tables.
