What Is The Cause Of Frothy Urine With Poor Appetite?

Hello i have frothy urine and im dropping my diazepam and methadone,i was also prescribed lyrica 150x3 and have done cold turkey off those,ive lost 10kg over 18mth and have poor appetite,im a .43yr male any ideas please im worried sick my kidneys are damaged or liver,ive had hepatitis checks A B C all clear and HIV ?

Hi,

Your urine might be frothy due to presence of amorphous material and it is non specific finding. I suggest you however get checked your urine routine microscopic examination report for primary work up. It's good that you have already ruled out hepatitis, HIV like causes.

I suggest you check your serum TSH level to rule out thyroid problem additionally. Excess stress also can be causative, so mention such history if present.
