Hello
Thank you for posting on HCM.
From your description it seems that you have either post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation due to bleach or melasma.
Its very difficult to reach conclusive diagnosis in absence of clinical examination.
Therefore I request you to post some good clinical pictures for better understanding

Brief Answer:
Triple combination at night
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thank you for the pictures.
It seems the pigmentation you have developed is not due to bleach but infact its melasma, a form of pigmentation dictated by horomonal fluctuations and sunlight exposure.
I would like to treat you in a step wise manner for perfect results.
For the start, I would suggest you application of cream containing combination of hydroquinone, mometasone, and tretinoin (COSMELITE cream) very gently over dark areas at night time only.
In morning apply cream containing combination of licorice extract, Kojic acid, tetrahydrocurcumin etc (MELAGLOW cream).
Make sure you use good quality high SPF sunscreen everytime before going out in sun.( PHOTOSTABLE sunscreen gel)
Use good moisturiser like Cetaphil moisturizing lotion as and when required.
After 2 weeks of therapy, post me your follow up condition with pictures so that we can plan the further line of management.
I am sure you will be much better with the treatment highlighted above.
Wish you best of health,
thanks

Brief Answer:
Continue same treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I have reviewed your recent pictures and it seems your melasma is resolving.
I would suggest you to use COSMELITE cream for 2 more weeks then substitute it with a cream containing hydroquinone and tretionoin ( MELAPIK EVER) to be applied in similar fashion ar night time.
Also take some oral antioxidants like ANTOXID- HC once daily after breakfast.
Keep continuing the rest of the treatment like MELAGLOW cream, Sunscreen, and moisturiser.
Now you can update me after 1 month of regular treatment.
Thank you and wish you good health,
