Brief Answer:
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
In the first instance I would give you a diagnosis of "Post Traumatic Stress Disorder".
This is usually seen after an accident and even incidents like death of a near and dear person.
It is associated with night tremors, getting up in night with anxiety and sweating.
Sometimes headaches are also found.
But to be sure of my diagnosis I would like to know a few details:
1. When did you suffer from the accident?
2. Did you got unconscious in that accident?
3. Have you really been terrified with the incident?
4. Any history of fever or weight loss?
5. After how many days of the incident you started having this?
6. Any history of cardiac disease?
7. Any history of swelling in lower limbs and breathless in night?

Reply with these details so that I can help you better.
Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
PTSD

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
After reading your answers, i would go with the diagnosis of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
In such conditions, I personally prescribe my patients drugs like Escitalopram for 2-3 months.
I have seen very good response with them.
Also, I advise to indulge in some special activities that you enjoy like Playing, Cycling, Yoga.
You may discuss with your doctor about my opinion and I am sure he would agree to it.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
If you have any further query, please ask me, else close the discussion and rate it.
Stay Healthy.
