Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation And Curved Penis

Question: After some rough handling about 14 years ago I've had a dull sensation on the left side of the penis up near the glans. I feel it at all times. It results in immediate ejaculation upon penetration. I feel the spasms starting right from this spot and ejaculate instantaneously. I notice a large vein that gets really crooked at this exact spot. Could this be the cause? The rough handling was basically kneading of this spot wher it has a curve in it (curved only when flaccid, it's not pyriones). I thought I could break up what I thought was scar tissue causing the curve. Worst mistake of my life. Been to a three urologists, a sexual dysfunction doc at XXXXXXX clinic and a pyronies expert at same and none have a clue. This isn't a classic case of PE. It's a physical thing I can feel all the time. Rest is not the answer (Im not masterbating anymore). I'm In exceptional shape and am otherwise healthy. I feel like something is hitting the nerve at this location. Any help would be appreciated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.
Having gone through your symptoms,it would help,, if you send 2 photos of the penis.
One, of the penis with the curve sided view, during erection.
Another being a top side view, again during an erection.
That would help in assessing the curve and be easier to find the cause and treat it.
If you've done a penile doppler scan, send it along.
Any other tests you may have done so far,may be sent with the reply.
Wish you well.

I dont mean to be rude but Im not interested in fixing the curve. It isnt curved when errect and only slightly curved when flaccid. It was there before the PE started and isnt my concern. My concern is the PE for 14 years that seems to center around this varicose vein (see photo).
Brief Answer:
Veins over surface of the penis, aren't related to PE.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
The vein over the penis,is absolutely normal.
Everybody has superficial, tortuous veins and that's not a cause of worry.
The nerve isn't located near the vein that's visible.
It's seen very clearly in the photo.
If PE is your concern, you can certainly take Dapoxetine to get relief.
The vein can never be the cause for a PE. Keep that in mind.
You should start masturbating or have sex,not keeping numbness or vein in mind.
Hope your doubts are cleared.
Wish you well.
