Brief Answer:
Most likely due to anxiety/Performance anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query. You problem can be most likely due to anxiety. It is an usual thing in newly married people. So don't worry. Don't be hurry in sex. Get enough foreplay and be relaxed. As you had strong morning erections you don't have any organic problems. It is just your mind.

Select positions which give less sensation to penis. Rear entry positions and missionary position (man on top) are more sensitive so you may ejaculate faster. So you can select positions like women on top.

You can also practice squeeze and stop technique. When you are nearing ejaculation you or your partner can press the tip of penis several times to stop the urge of ejaculation. Then you can continue after the urge goes.

Another method you can practice is changing thought to some thing non sexual when nearing ejaculation.

You can also put a condom or condom with anesthetic which will decrease the excessive stimulation on penis and there by stop premature ejaculation.

If all these not working then you can approach a sex therapist or psycologist for behavioral therapy.

If still not working then SSRI group drugs like Dapoxetine can be taken prior to intercourse. This will help to stop premature ejaculation.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
