Question: Hi i have a very sensitive penis, i control my excitation but it does not work. When she touches my penis the game its done, its over.

I have read your query and can say you are facing problem of Pre-mature ejaculation or discharge.

The commonest cause of premature ejaculation is the performance of anxiety or lack of sexual experience or increased excitation during for-play which is a very common problem among young boys and unfortunately, there’s no specific medication available for the same.

However in your case, you are having the problem of hyper-sensitivity of penis and because of which ejaculation occurs before the intercourse.

You can try Desensitizing creams (Name:Enlast cream or EMLA 5% cream) to be applied over penis to reduce the hyper-excitation of penis during intercourse.

Wearing condom during the act would also be helpful to De-sensitize penis up to some extent but penis sensitivity is natural and can not be blocked completely.

Certain behavioral technique such as 'Stop-start' or 'squeeze-pause' technique and engaging more in foreplay would also be helpful to prevent pre-mature ejaculation.
