Question: Sir i have a problem .. When i do sex with my wife i get discharge very quickly please tell me what i can do. ? And how i can make pregnant my wife quickly .. I am so worried about that please help me

Following is my reply

1. You are suffering from premature ejaculation. The common cause is stress which you need to reduce.

2. There are certain techniques like spending more time in foreplay will help in extending ejaculation.

3. You have to practice start and stop techniques whose details you will find on internet.

4. If you are trying for pregnancy and not successful first get semen analysis done for yourself and If it is normal get HSG test for your wife to check patency of fallopian tubes.
