Brief Answer:
BP,Diabetes and medications are causing this.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for the question.

Your symptoms are suggestive of erectile dysfunction. Some medical conditions which can lead to these are diabetes, hypertension, heart or thyroid disorder.Few medications- beta-blockers, heart medications ,or excess of alcohol, nicotine , these can be causative factors.

In your case BP,Diabetes and medications are causing this. All these affect your blood vessels , which play crucial role in maintaining erection.

Since BP and sugar are normal, check with your doctor for current medications. Some changes in medications can help you.

Also doctor can put you on drugs which can be helpful for getting and maintain erection. These are to be decided depending on your current medications.

Making life style improvements (for example; avoiding addictions, quitting smoking, and exercising more) can be helpful.

Hope this helps. Please ask if there are doubts.Regards.
