Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

Question: Hello sir , I am 23 years old boy , I started masterbation at the age of 15..I also started having nightfall problem, I thought nightfall is because of masterbation , so I stopped masterbating , but then I started having nightfall more frequently..from last 3 yeas I found that my testis becomes small , and during masterbation I ejaculates within a minute.....

And my testis always remains in hanging postion even during masterbation is it a problem ???

And I notices that earlier when I had nightfall I could see thick white spot on my underwear , but since last year there is not white spot at all when I have nightfall ..is it a semen problem ???..Is it related to sperm quality ans counts ??

I am getting married in 6 months ,I am very tensed about my married life ..please suggest me some usefull solutions please ....I ejaculate very quickly..I tried doing masterbation in very relaxed and without anxiety ,but still i ejaculate too quick ..please suggest me a way to get rid of this

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been indulged in frequent masturbation since many years and now facing problem of early ejaculation and worried about future sexual life after marriage .

As regards problem of early ejaculation It is known side effect of frequent masturbation .Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and help to delay ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..

Though it is harmless, excessive and frequent habitual masturbation does affect quality of erection.Please try to reduce the frequency of masturbation by keeping yourself busy in activities like sports ,reading ,social work etc so that you will not get free time to masturbate.

Sir u didn't answer my second question, after nightfall why do I not find thick white spot in morning on underwear as earlier.Is it a semem problem??

There is no problem with semen .

Thanks for follow up .
If the semn gets liquified completely there can not be white spots on underwares .
Earlier you might have clumping of sperms causing white spots on uderwares .

Get your semen analysis done to assess all the parameters of semen .
