Brief Answer:
Information on treating premature ejaculation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

I am sorry you are having this problem. It is not an uncommon problem, and there are methods for helping this.

One of the best techniques for premature ejaculation is the squeeze-pause technique. This is an activity to do during foreplay. By doing this technique, you can train your self and gain more control. Here is how it goes:
Begin sexual activity as usual, including stimulation of the penis, until you feel almost ready to ejaculate.

Have your partner squeeze the end of your penis, at the point where the head (glans) joins the shaft, and maintain the squeeze for several seconds, until the urge to ejaculate passes.

After the squeeze is released, wait for about 30 seconds, then go back to foreplay. You may notice that squeezing the penis causes it to become less erect, but when sexual stimulation is resumed, it soon regains full erection.

If you again feel you're about to ejaculate, have your partner repeat the squeeze process.

After a few practice sessions, the feeling of knowing how to delay ejaculation may become a habit that no longer requires the pause-squeeze technique.

Another thing you can do is masturbate approximately 1 hour before engaging in sex. This will help decrease your level of excitement.

If you also suffer from depression or anxiety, SSRI medications can be tried. These have a side effect of delayed ejaculation.

And, some meds used for erectile dysfunction, such as Viagra, can delay ejaculation.

With both of these medications, there are risk of side effects, so I recommend starting with he squeeze-pause technique, or try masturbating before sex as described.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.
