Hi there,
You most likely have a urinary tract infection. However, at your age, bladder cancer is not uncommon. Some people will bleed after exercise or trauma (sex) for several days. Stones are another common reason for blood in urine. If you are on anticoagulation, you can bleed when you become to anticoagulated.
Unfortunately, you will need to see a doctor as soon as possible. You will most likely need antibiotics even though there are no signs of infection. Continue with hydration, avoid smoking if you do, but there is ultimately nothing else you can do until you get routine screen urinalysis and blood work.
Prognosis in excellent for common causes of bleeding, but poorer if malignancy or tumors.
