Hi,
I understand your concern. Your numbers are just above normal blood pressure range. However since the symptoms are suggestive of hypotension, I would like you to discuss with your treating doctor. He/she should take you off this dose of lisinopril atleast for a while until you become better.
I am not sure what other medicines you are on to causes these symptoms. You could be having the new symptoms either due to the effect of medicines or new set of events - cardiovascular / neurological. It means it is time that you call your treating physician who can revise your drugs and order for some tests including neurological examination.
I will be able to comment further if you can provide more information about duration of symptoms, associated symptoms, your list of medicines and so on. However it would be much better if can call your doctors before writing back to me; as I am slightly concerned about your numbers and the symptoms.
Hope it helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
