Brief Answer:
Advised Omeprazole.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for your follow up query.
Your symptoms more likely due to digestion problem like acid reflux.
I suggest you Omeprazole (Prilosec) 30 minutes before breakfast for 2 weeks.
I also suggest you avoid spicy, oily and junk food.
Drink plenty of water.
Drink butter milk twice a day or you can take yogurt.
For pimples:
Wash your face twice a day with glycerin soap or use Cetaphil face wash.
Do not pinch or touch the pimples.
I suggest you topical application like Benzyl peroxide or salicylic acid. This is the over the counter medication. Apply sunscreen lotion with SPF 30 twenty minutes before you step outside and repeat it every 2 hours.
If you will not see any improvement after a month then I suggest you visit a dermatologist for topical antibiotics like 1% clindamycine and oral antibiotics.
Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
