Brief Answer:
PBC: Please follow the suggestions and get better.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

I did not understand what is 28 creatine and Hemoglobin to be 127. Mention the units of the labs conducted.

As I understand you have a condition called Primary Biliary Cirrhosis and you are in pain.
This condition affects your liver and further liver enlarges with pain.

Please follow the suggestions below so that you might benefit greatly.

1. Please go to a Gastro Enterologist/Hepatologist.
2. The doctor will probably give you Ursodeoxycholic acid and cholestyramine. This is not a regular pain killer.
3. This will help you greatly in the pain and the enlargement.
4. Please increase your intake of Vitamins K, A, D. These are most helpful.

There are antifibrinogenic agents like colchicine to arrest the progression of fibrosis that are prescribed by few Hepatologists. You can talk about this to your doctor.

You should have opted for a specialist query given the complexity of this.

Thanks for your concerns. Stay healthy. Everything's OK.
