Suggest Treatment For Primary Complex In A Child

Question: A 4 year old old has the complaints of fever on and off ,cough and vomiting for 2 weeks and the blood investigation shows TC : 8400, neutropil: 46, eshnophil: 7% and lecocyte count :53 sir could u plz tell me what is the diagnosis of the child and what is the management?

The reports and the history you mentioned looks like primary complex.
The blood tests you mentioned are normal which is expected in this illness.
Primary complex is because of tuberculosis .
It can be treated complete with 6 months course of medicines.

I suggest you to continue present treatment .

Give protein rich foods like dhal, eggs, dates, milk.

Sir he is all ways regecting to take food. If he take also vomiting could u Plz give us some suggesion? He always looks bull not active.

You can give emeset before food. I usually give around 5ml.
His dullness will improve soon once the medicine s start working
This.usually takes one to two months.
