Suggest Treatment For Problem In Ejaculation

Question: I cannot ejculate, even after an hour or more of masterbation, this has been going on since Sept., 2011.
Can any thing be don to help me ejculate?

Sir,
To the best of my knowlege, I do not believe I had bph, as my regular Dr. did a digital about a year ago, and did not confirm it. I also do not have any of the symtoms that list to determin if one has bph. And ,no. I cannot get an erection, but I had the operation to install an ipp a few months ago. I can at times get the sensation of climax, but I do not get any discharge of any fluid. And this is sometimes an hour or more.

When are you going to answer? If not, please refund my money or I will report you as a scammer!

The dry ejaculation can only occur when there is no semen production by the prostate or blockade to the ejaculate.

I suggest you to get investigated for the both.

A Ultrasound guided measurement of the prostate volume and analysis of prostatic secretions expressed after a massage would provide insights into the prostatic function of producing the semen.

Also, do get the prosthesis revised. There can occur a complication of the same where it could compress the ejaculatory ducts.

It will do no good contiuing this dicusion. I wanted to know if anything can br done and all I got was what I already know. But I did learn one thing, do' trust a socall Dr, on the internet. thankyou, but I am not stisfied with yor"book speak", I still want my miney refunded!
