Question: I can get an erection but if there is any interuption before or during sex i lose it and it want come back

Stress and anxiety leads to such effect.
de stress your self by doing regular aerobic cherishes for 45 minutes a day,by doing yoga,by doing deep breathing exercises and pranayama.
Shed your weight.Quit smoking and moderate your alcohol.

I di exersise but not every day ,& dont smokeand have used viagra which eleviares the problem. R tgere sny long term side effects i need to worry about

Hello,
Although There are no long  term physical side effects of Viagra but your body would soon get used to the medicine and after few months of use,you may not find it effective and more over one also gets psychological dependent on medicine for erection and sex.
At your age,you must also look for conditions like high blood pressure,diabetes,high cholesterol,hypothyroidism and deficiencies of VIT D and VIT B 12.
In general some physical conditions and some psychological reasons play their role in weak erections.
Doing regular exercises and de stressing your self goes a long way in making you have a proper and satisfactory sex life but of course,you must make sure that you don't have above mentioned problems and if at all they are there,they must be adequately controlled.
