Question: I think Ive got prostitus and antibitics have not done anything

Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have been diagnosed to have Prostatitis which is not responding to antibiotics .

1) What are your Urinary symptoms ?
2) Have you consulted Urologist for clinical assessment and done per Rectal Examination ?
3) Do you have pain in lower abdomen and perineal region?
4) What are the tests you have undergone before you were diagnosed to have Prostatitis?

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Swab test and culture of urethral discharge obtained after doing Prostate Massage .

It is always advised to take appropriate antibiotic based on the reports of these tests .

I feel like i have to urninate and not much comes out
Small tingle sometimes on tip of penis. No blood in urine no pain during ejaculation. Its been going on for 2 weeks im 40 years old. No pain around rectum or pelvic area
