Suggest Treatment For Psoriasis-keratoderma

Question: My cousin who is 7-8 yrs old has been diagonised with C4 psoriasis-keratoderma. We are in awful pain seeing what a 7yr child is going through. Is there a treatment or medication available? We tried around a dozen of doctors including dermatologists but nothing has worked our way.

Psoriasis and keratoderma is both are disorder of keratinization.

Psoriasis can be localized or generalized you have not mentioned the exact site of disease.
It can occur at any age.

Psoriasis can only be controlled, it has no cure.
There are lots of systemic as well as topical medicines are available which can effectively control the disease.
Methotrexate is very effective systemic drug for this.
