Brief Answer:
repeat the sgpt levels after a month

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I understand your concern.
Usually for Psoriasis, Methotrexate is the drug started if body surface area involving is more than 30 percent.
Methotrexate has its some side effects on liver function tests. It is considered as significantly raised d if levels are three times the normal limits.
Your SGPT levels are slightly raised .
In such cases, I advice my patients to repeat the test after a month again to monitor the changes. If levels rise successively then it needs to be evaluated. Else decreasing levels are good indicators.
So you as of now should get your test repeated after a month.
Till then no medicines are required.
You should take non oily and non fatty diet preferably.
Take plenty of water.
I hope it helps.
Stay healthy.
