Hi there...
Thanks for writing in .
It is quite possible for the psoriasis to affect the penile region.
Another possibility is allergy due to contact of the penis(allergic contact dermatitis) with some kind of irritant. For eg. Bathing Soaps, detergents, lotions, condoms, synthetic undergarments etc.
I would advise you to switch to non perfumed, bland, hypoallergenic bathing soaps.
Detergents in which the undergarments and clothes are washed can also be a trigger factor.I would advise you to make sure the detergent is removed from the clothes by thorough rinsing.
Use on 100% cotton underwear.
Do visit a dermatologist who after examination might prescribe a low dose steroid ointment with emollients.
Hope this helps.

Triamcinolone cream 0.1 % might help. It has side effects like thinning of the skin etc.
However, I would advise you to visit a dermatologist for an expert opinion , as the doctor would have examined you.
