I understand your concerns well and I shall try to address them at best, but I need to know a few details beforehand-
1)Since when you are having drooping of eyes?
2)Was this drooping sudden(acute) in onset or gradually developed?Has it ramained static, improved or worsened over the time?
3)Does this drooping remain same throughout the day or improving at some times, and worsening at others?
4)Does it have any effect on vision?

3)
After fresh from sleep improve

4)
No I can see...there is no issue with visions

5)
Limbs are thick at the edges (ends) consulted eye specialist they said it is due to ptosys.

I smoke little bit 5 cigarettes per day
Is due to the medicines I am taking or there my be any cause like stroke, brain tumor etc..
I regularly visit neurosychologist every 3months once.
I don't have any problems while speaking, walking I am absolutely fine

Brief Answer:
Its not stroke.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

Your clinical history is not that of stroke. However,if you are having definite ptosis on both sides, then the cause must be looked for and a dedicated neurological examination is the initial step towards that. If ptosis fluctuates in severity(as you said that it is improved just after sleep in the morning),something like myasthenia gravis must be ruled out. However,no progression in 3 years is slightly against it.

Anyway, neurological examination is the key to diagnosis. So,I suggest you to visit a neurologist and get yourself physically examined.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.
