Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us about it.
I can understand your concern, though.
It can be due to so many causes.
The most common cases are mole, genital warts, STD infection and vaginal cancer (very rare).
Are you experiencing any other symptoms like pain, vaginal discharge, difficulty in urination?
If possible kindly upload your images then I will be able to impart my opinion to you.
Hoping to hear from you soon.
Good luck.
Regards

I have minor pain when my underwear chafes against it. I have no difficulty urinating and no vaginal discharge. It is not a lump. Just one tiny dot. I haven't had much sex lately and only with one partner for the many years.
Brief Answer:
Need careful monitoring...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Nice to hear from you again. Without physical view of the spot I am unable to come to a conclusion. But in my view, if mild pain is there, then you should consult your treating physician for the same (to be safer side).
Keep watch on it if any new symptoms or changes occurs immediately contact your physician.
Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more.
Good luck and Regards
