They are reddish in color with white substance on it.
They are basically on the upper leg part that is thighs.
No disease like this before or any other part of body.
We do not have anyone who has this kind of disease.
No habit of alcohol, tobacco or smoking.
Here you go with the photos of the infected part.
Please suggest some remedy.
Regards,
XXXX
Most probably folliculitis

Hi,
Welcome back..
Thanks for answers, but,I could not get photos.. Still, with history I could come to conclusion that most probably you may be having folliculitis.
Folliculitis is an infection of hair follicles. The lesions may be descrete pustules on erythematous base.
You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and perfect treatment. Still, I would suggest as follow...
- antibiotics like cefixime 200 mg twice a day for one to two weeks
- anti inflammatory drugs
- antibiotic cream
- bath with dettol liq
- improve hygiene
- improve immunity
I hope this would help you.. Still, any query..you may ask.
Thanks.
Wishing you early recovery.
