Brief Answer:
Folliculitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.

These are foci of folliculitis;that is,hair root infection.Usually this follows shaving the area, though not necessarily.

This can be treated with antibiotics for a few days.I usually give amoxicillin+cloxacillin or azithromycin to my patients,if they are not allergic to.Your doctor will guide you.

Meanwhile, keep the area pretty clean and dry.Pricking the pus tops with clean needle(after cleaning the needle and the area with antiseptic lotion) to drain the pus will hasten recovery.Or,your doctor can help in this.

To avoid future recurrence, always clean the area well with soap and water.

Hope I have answered your query.Wishing for a faster cure.
Regards,Dr Muhammed Aslam.
