Brief Answer:
Not related to the XXXXXXX May be sinus infection or tension headache!!!

Detailed Answer:
Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you to my virtual clinic HCM!
I have carefully worked through your case, and can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns today and will put my best efforts to get you out of this situation.

Probabilities:-
It isn't due to the XXXXXXX intake or the BPH. It is altogether a separate issue and needs treatment to be started right away. You will be ok in no time as this is curable and a good prognosis mild medical issue.

You have either a sinus disease, that may be a mild inflammation OR you may have Tension Headache causing that specific pain.

You need to take Excedrin Extra Strength for the pain and to relieve inflammation. It will give you a comfort in no time.

Keep a judicial supply of water and take a proper rest for fast recovery.
Keep a balanced diet and avoid caffeinated drinks like tea, coffee, energy drinks and beverages.
Try to avoid alcohol and cigarettes.
Keep a balanced and healthy diet to get better health soon.
In your bedroom keep a warm mist vaporizer with vicks pads in it for relieving the sinus pain.

Right now you need no antibiotics but if the issue isn't resolved (meaning infection) you may need antibiotics too and Azithromycin is good choice for that if not allergic to.

Have a wonderful time ahead. Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have any further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you in no time. If satisfied here, please give a generous five star rating to help us assist our patients in a better way; and, please don't forget to 'Close This Discussion'.
For any disease you have, a timely follow-up after sometime regarding the treatment efficacy and to see if there is any need to change the treatment options is very necessary. So keep a follow up to see how you doing.

Regards!
