Suggest Treatment For Rash Around Face Along With Redness On Neck

Question: woke up on rash around my face border and on neck its red and itchy my tongue shows no abnormalities , i have no fever second day it spread more around mouth
I took telfast no improvement

I have taken note of your query and I have reviewed the Images. I can see patches of erythema on sides of nose and small grainy rash on sides of lower face.

This looks like an allergic contact dermatitis. Are you using any cream or tried any new product on face?

Yes topical cream bioderma with zinc but it seems it increased the rash i also took telfast 180 yesterday and today i tried zyrtec k stead
i have both fucicort and elcom cream at home
Please advice what to use as topical and if oral treatment is required ??

Thank you for details. This is most likely an allergic dermatitis to one of the creams/ products that you maybe using.
Yes, you may use a topical steroid cream, twice daily. The cream that contains mometasone furaote 0.1% w/w should be fine for this. Using it for 3-5 days should be enough.
Oraly you may continue with either cetrizine Or fexofenadine, once daily, for symptomatic relief from itching

If i use topical cortisone will it cause any scars wheb the rash is gone or discoloration in skin ??
