You have burning urination- rash on glans - dribbling ( hope you mean dribbling from the urethra during or after urination) - occasional pain with bowel movements - feeling hot and testicles are sore...

I hope by this time you must have gone through some tests and treatment too; please post all the reports, treatment taken and photograph od rash if possible. You can attach them with this query.

I would advise the following in a patient with symptoms like these:::
Blood- complete blood picture, kidney functions tests, blood sugar fasting and post-lunch,
Urine- routine,microscopy, culture and sensitivity ( before start of antibiotic)
Ultrasonography of abdomen and Scrotum.
Further investigations of Cystourethroscopy, Intravenous Pyelography and CT scan of the abdomen may be required if need be.

Treatment Suggested are:
Start antibiotic or change over to more appropriate one as per the reports.
Metronidazole, Probiotics, Anti-spasmodic if required.
Urinary alkalinizer.
Plenty of oral fluids and water.
Scrotal Support.

Investigations and treatment of the spouse / sex partner.
Try to avoid sex till you are cured or at least use condom.
Occasionally some antibiotics known to cure the problem are not effective and takes time or we have to add or alter as per the culture and sensitivity reports.

I was wondering as to why would you need to undergo STD check-up.

I can understand the stress and anxiety you must be going through. But see, this is not the solution. The solution is to get investigated by a Specialist and get treated properly.

You may please clean the glans with plain water 2 to 4 times in a day and keep the area dry.

Frankly speaking- I could not get what you mean by basista.. and ( when i sit and ride in the car my straddle becomes hot and fills full in the bowel is this uti or batista?= straddle ) . Please enlighten me on this.
