Brief Answer:
Looks like chicken pox, provide more details

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.

I have seen the attached picture.
Since the rash looks like vesicles, I would like to know certain more details from you to rule out chicken pox.
Since when do you have it?
Any fever?
Is there any associated itchiness or pain?
Have you had chicken pox earlier or have you been in contact with anyone with chicken pox.
Have you noticed any fluid filled lesions?
Also for confirmation of the diagnosis, Please click some more close up pictures of the affected area and upload them here on this page.

I am sure I will be able to help you better once you provide me with the pictures and the above details.

Brief Answer:
Need to rule out viral exanthema

Detailed Answer:

I have seen the attached pictures.
I really suspect a viral exanthema in your case. It might not necessarily be chicken pox, especially since you had it once in childhood .
A viral exanthema can be any body rash associated with a viral illness like a sore throat or abdominal infections.
Looking at the skin lesions, I would suggest you to see a general physician soon since ruling out chicken pox infection is very necessary. A direct examination is essential for it. Also it is good to start specific antiviral agents as soon as possible for best results.
For the time being, you can apply calamine lotion twice a day over the affected area.
Take tablet claritin once a day.
Take plenty of fluids.
Take bath daily.

Hope it helps
