More information will help pinpoint the cause
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the site!
I am Dr V XXXXXXX
I have seen your pictures as well as details.
You are requested to provide the following information.
1 Is the rash confined to only one sole
2 Are the areas between the toes completely normal and there are no symptoms
3 Is this rash dotty or diffuse
4 Does it hurt or itch?
5 Are you a diabetic?
6 Has it occurred for the first time? If no, then is there a correlation with climate
7 Have you changed footwear recently
8 Is there any other area of body having similar rash?
9 Did it appear suddenly or over a few days
10 Do you wear closed type of footwear for long hours or are an athlete or sportsperson?
11 can you send in more pictures from different distances from the rash.
I will be responding to your message on priority.
Please provide this information as soon as is possible.
In the meantime, clean up the area thoroughly and wear just cotton socks and do not apply any medication. If itching is there, one might use Levo-Cetirizine 5 mg per day.
Best wishes

Hi
Welcome back.
I have reviewed your answers and seen the freshly submitted pics.
From the description and details, I think that most probably the rash is due to warts whereas there is a likelihood that the rash between the toes is due to a fungal infection. Both are manageable and simultaneous treatment is possible.
Any patient with this profile, would recover soon with the following measures:
1 For dotty rash on the soles, Saltrix 12 or saltrix 6 , if the former is not available, to be applied twice daily after washing the feet.
If due to any reason, both are not readily available in an area, then I suggest to my patients to contact a dispensing chemist who will provide you a combination of 12 or 6 gms of salicylic acid respectively, in 100 gms of soft wax pr paraffin.
2 For the rash between toes, most patients respond in an excellent manner to Terbinafine 250 mg twice a day for two weeks, with ventilation of the area, drying up of moisture due to bath, swimming, or just sweat along with local application of Miconazole solution.
In addition, good hygiene and keeping the feet dry is also to be given due importance.
I hope you get relief soon.
Our best wishes!

Thanks for the prescription.
Can you please suggest me whether they are available over counter and if not can you please suggest me other medicines or contact of any chemist. (if possible please send me the images of drug sheets )
for the second drug can you please verify the attached image and tell me.
Avaiability depends upon local regulations
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome!
I am unaware of your location and hence have no idea about availability. However, there is always a way out. let us proceed on those lines.
For local application, Basically you need two ingredients to be mixed with stirring; Salicylic acid powder 12 gm and Bee's wax or White soft paraffin 100 gm
An alternative to wax would be plain Vaseline without perfume.
The ratio in which to mix the two should be ideally 1:8 but slight variation wont matter too much. The quantity to be prepared can also be scaled down to say 25 gm of wax with approx 3.5 gm of salicylic acid powder.
Secondly, the second drug salt is terbinafine which is a broad spectrum antifungal. The name Terbinafine is generic name. A search on the net will get you closer to the nearby places for its availability depending upon your place of residence.
I hope this information is useful.
Best wishes, always!

Thank you. i'll do this.
Just for information, you asked whether i am a diabetic patient as a questions.
Whatever the problem i got is linked or a symptom of diabetics.?
That helps me decide the best course of action

Hi
Welcome!
I am glad that you asked this
Diabetics are more prone to certain diseases including infections between the toes, fungal infections of the feet and soles, and skin damage on weight bearing areas.
I wanted to rule out certain possibilities in your case to give you the most specific and helpful suggestions.
Have a great time!

I understood.
just wanted to check whether the infection / rashes are because of diabetics or these rashes are early symptoms of diabetics.
can you please clarify the above point
Hi

Welcome back
In your case these most likely are unrelated to diabetic condition.
In other words, I am not suspecting it.
It is a good practice to get one's health checkup done at regular intervals and that should include blood sugar levels too.
All the best!

I checked in cvs and they don't have salicylic acid...can u suggest me some alternative for this
