Question: I have a rash like but more irration with crack lines on the skin at the tip of my penis. i wasn't sercumize. i dont know what happen i was sick with stomach virus and went to a couple of public restrooms; whcih i thought was the problem the cleaners that they used. or maybe it was the result of kidney problem or unriary tract infection.
i requested some imfomation when i purchased this but NO response

Well, i can understand your concern. As an Urologist, i must caution you against use of OTC drugs, purchased from medical shops, without a doctors' check-up.
There can be many side-effects.
Avoid soaps for washing that part , till you've a medical check-up.
Basic tests for kidney function like blood urea, creatinine and sugar, also urine routine must be done. Avoid moisture remaining in that area.
With the reports see your doctor, who will be able to examine the foreskin, and give you a proper advice.
