Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

There are a number of things that can cause a temporary flushing skin rash. People can have vasodilation and flushing from drinking alcohol, from a strong emotional response, to a toxin, such as from bacteria in food, and from anxiety.

It can also be an allergic or sensitivity response to something that your body reacted to such as food coloring or other additives in food, or an allergy.

There is also a syndrome where people flush, but also usually have wheezing and diarrhea with it. This disorder is quite rare.

You may not be able to get to the bottom of this, but if it returns, then do go in to your doctor or a clinic to be seen.
