
Suggest Treatment For Rashes In The Scrotum

Question: pale pinkish flat rash looking condition that has been visible for 4 minths now. becomes a lil itchy at times.. it started of with a few circular bumps n has been spreading since and has made it doen onto scrotum.. i also have one small circular one on the inside of my belly button.. can u please verify what this is. i have not been sexuallly active for approximately 12 months

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be either lichen planus or lichen nitidus.
Both are chronic immune mediated diseases of the skin.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime for 2-3 weeks.
