Brief Answer:
Oral antifungals, Topical corticosteroid plus antifungal

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.

From review of your history and pictures it looks like you have got seborrheic dermatitis.
Excessive sebum production in certain sites of body coupled with fungal infection can lead to dermatitis of skin called Seborrheic dermatitis.

In my patients of seborrheic dermatitis, I generally suggest a course of oral antifungal drug like fluconazole or itraconazole for few weeks.

Apply a cream containing mometasone and terbinafine twice a day and a salicylic acid 1% based gel in evening over affected areas gently.

Use ketoconazole based shampoo and soap to rinse affected areas.

I am sure you will be fine with this treatment.
Let me know if you require any more assistance from my side.

Wish you best of health.
Thank you

Thanks doctor , I agree with your Thanks Doctor I agree with your analysis. I also have red rash and white pattern formed on my penis as well. I suppose oral anti fungal should work for both. Regarding oral anti fungal could you proscribe how many tablets of which mg. for how long? Tks regarding ketoconazole shampoo it did work perfectly on my scalp.

Brief Answer:
Apply plain antifungal cream over white patch

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Yes you can switch to Itraconazole now.
Yes seborrheic dermatitis may overlap with pityriasis versicolor. Oral itraconazole will be helpful in both the conditions.
Over white patch apply plain antifungal cream like sertaconazole or ketoconazole.
Report back your condition after 10 days.
Take care
Thanks
