Question: My son age 32 sent me these pics of his leg. He developed a rash today and we have no clue what it could be. He is a law enforcement agent and was working n the outdoors in south XXXXXXX yesterday. He says the rash is slightly raised and is only itchy when he touches it, It's only on the one leg. Any ideas.

Brief Answer:
This seems to be simple and controllable.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to Health Care Magic,

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad, I have read your message and will try to help you in best possible way.

I have seen the pictures and it looks like allergic bug bites.

There are some bugs which actually don't bite

but they have allergic fumes .. the lesions have typical broad head... and tapers on the other end.

It's cure is really simple.

1) He can tak Benadryl or cetrizine daily at night for a week.

2) Apply hydrocortisone 0.1% ointment .

It will take some days to get better but your son doesn't have to worry.

I hope I have answered all your concerns, if you have more queries i am happy to answer otherwise close the discussion and rate it.

Regards.

Dr.Muhammad Ahmad.
