Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Penis

Question: I have had this rash on my penis for a week probably after using a dirty towel. No itching, no pain, etc. Wondering what it is.

I have examined the pic and noted details. I will help you in resolving the issue as best as I can.

This description closely matches an irritant response of the delicate skin of genitals to some substance or product that was not well tolerated.

Under the situation, one is most likely to gain from adopting the following approach:

1 Wash the area frequently, 4-6 times day, using just plain water at room temperature.

2 Apply a combination of Hydrocortiosne and Miconazole creams in equal proportions thrice a day

3 A levocetrizine like antiallergic once a day.One tab is usually 5 mg and is suitable for an adult patient.

Pl allow three days or so for the effects to show up.
In the meantime abstain from sexual activity, harsh soaps, or dirty linen.
