Posted on Wed, 26 Apr 2017
Question: Severe severe eyelid rash. Two weeks ago had a steroid shot and Di steroid pack for 6 days. It returned this weekend. Can I use a small thin layer of triamcinolone cream on it. I have had bad eczema in the past on arms but never on eyelids.

Brief Answer:
Allergic rashes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query,

Triamcinolone is a glucocorticoid and can be used locally over the rashes however i would suggest you to take anti histaminic like fexofenadine orally along with low dose of methyl prednisolone for few days as just using ointment locally won't help.
Treatment is same whether the rashes are over eyelid or face.

In case you have any other question feel free to ask.

Thanks.
