Brief Answer:
try lamisil

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
This does look like a yeast type rash from the photos you have included.
The triamcinolone is not the best for the genital area since it is a fairly strong steroid cream and can damage the skin if used for a prolonged period.
The strongest steroid cream that is recommended for the genital area or face is the over the counter hydrocortisone.
However, the problem is that steroid creams only mask the problem by decreasing the inflammation. They do not really treat the underlying problem.
I suggest that you stop the lotrimin and trimacinolone and try lamilsil (terbanifine) which works better than lotrimin for most fungal infections.
If this does not clear it up you would need to see your doctor for an exam

Went to doctor he agrees with your diagnosis of yeast infection lamisil and nystop power applies. But no real improvment as a mater of fact the rash has spreed to a patch on the front of the penial shaft and has small bumps as well. The rash on inner thigh is clearing up but the testicles show no improvemnt

Brief Answer:
can take a week or more

Detailed Answer:
It takes a while for the lamisil to work so give it at least a week. If it is still spreading after that then return to the doctor.
In some patients I have had to have them use the lamisil for a month or more to completely clear this up.
