this is occur 3 days back as shown in picture limited to that area only
its start on normal skin with itching

First of all extremely sorry for delayed reply as I was stucked in some personnel issues nevertheless as per your history it is going in favour of HERPES ZOSTER..
if patient present within 72 hours of eruptions then it is recommended to take antiviral medication like valacyclovir or acyclovir.
In present situations I would have recommended my patients to take good antibiotic like Amoxicillin clavulanic acid orally for seven days along with good topical antibiotic like MUPIROCIN.
Giving antibiotics will prevent secondary infection thus limiting the course of disease along with prevention of scarring..
