Brief Answer:
Stop medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.h
Yes you should stop medicine first. If there are breathing difficulties or dizziness, you should see doctor as soon as possible. If not, then you can apply synopen cream or mild steroid cream such as Betrion. But if there is no itchiness or rash spreading, then you should just shower it. If rash is spreading even after discontinuation of antibiotic then you should find another possible allergen. Wish you good health. Regards
