Brief Answer:
Seems to be intertrigo, take antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, a dermatologist.
I have reviewed the attached photograph though it is not very clear.
From the uploaded picture it seems to be intertrigo which is due to inflammation of the body folds and common in hot humid weather.
If possible upload some clearer pictures of the affected areas so that it becomes easier for me to suggest the diagnosis and guide you accordingly.
If I was her treating doctor I would recommend her to apply mild steroid antifungal combination cream like beclomethasone and clotrimazole cream on the affected areas once daily for 5-7 days along with antihistaminic like tablet Chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg once daily at bedtime for 7-10 days.
Moreover ask her to keep the area dry, wear loose cotton clothes and stay in cool airy environment.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Still looks like intertrigo , Beclomethasone Clotrimazole cream

Detailed Answer:

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is still looking like intertrigo.
I would recommend her to use a powder on the affected areas 2-3 times in a day to reduce the moisture and friction.

Besides this she can apply mild steroid anti-fungal cream like Beclomethasone and Clotrimazole once daily for 5-7 days.

She can also take tablet Chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg once daily at bedtime if the rash is associated with itching and irritation as this drug is safe in pregnancy.
