Suggest Treatment For Rashes Which Appears On Face, ears And Neck In Infants

My baby is 1 month old and she is suffering from heat boils/rash which appears on her face, ears, neck, which is red in color and very thick. As the neck area is not much exposed the boils appear thick and since from last 2 days, the boils are getting burst and watery kind of liquid is popped out which is smelly. Can you please suggest what can be done to cure this. Can i apply Vaseline on the heat boils?? and also please suggest that can cetaphil moisturizing lotion can be used?
It seem slike eczema or skin allergy
Detailed Answer:
Hi... I understand your concern. As a matter of fact even my kid had this when young. The trick of the management is keeping the skin moist and never allowing it to be dry.
For this oil massage and lotions like Oilatum will help.
Regarding cure options - eczema is a sort of allergy...allergies can only be controlled and can never be cured. But usually kids grow out of it...that is as the age progresses, they become better starting from 6 months.
Skin conditions are best diagnosed only after seeing directly. I suggest you to upload photographs of the same on this website, so that I can guide you scientifically.

And also can cetaphil moisturizing lotion is advisable to use? As one of my colleague suggested this lotion but wanted to make sure before using it.
Attached are the photos of the hands and neck area doctor, the boils are reduced now but can see that the skin is getting peeled and the affected area looks dry blackish. awaiting for your response.
It is eczema....you can use Cetaphil
Detailed Answer:
Hi....photos download got delayed. I have just seen the images. It is definitely eczema.
You can use either Oilatum or Cetaphil.... Both are equally good and effective.
The baby will outgrow this condition by 6 months. No need to worry.

I do not suggest using Vaseline
Detailed Answer:
Hi... I do not suggest using Vaseline.
Rather than Vaseline it is better to use either Cetaphil or Oilatum.
