Question: when I force a bowel movement I sometimes have rectal bleeding

3. But, please make sure that you bleed only when you strain to pass stools..
At age more than 60,there is a risk of colonic or Rectal cancer.

4. Suggest you to go visit a surgeon and get yourself examined.
If it's hemorrhoids or fissure then do not worry.
