Brief Answer:
Stool for occult blood should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for query
In addition to killing cancer cells, chemotherapy tends to kill other fast-growing cells, such as those in your intestinal lining. If your chemotherapy causes damage to the lining of your intestine,it can cause minor bleeds which may appear in stool as dark color.
So firstly we have to make sure whether its blood. For that a stool for occult blood test should be done.
If blood is negative then change in color of stool have no significance.

Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Have gone through reports dear.
Its ano rectal carcinoma and chemotadiation followed by surgery is treatment of choice.
You have not attached her biopsy reports but as per nurse notes it appears to be in initial stages.
I would just say that rest assured follow proper treatment and she would be fine soon.

Thanks!
