Brief Answer:
Inflammatory acne. Oral and topical antiacne medications

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr. kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the image.
You have inflammatory acne. I suggest you to take an oral antiinflammatory antibiotic e.g Cap Microdox LBX 100mg twice daily for 2 weeks. Topically you may use Clindoxyl gel (contains clindamycin 1% and benxoyl peroxide 5%), twice daily.
These are prescription medications and i suggest you to use them under supervision.

Regards
