Brief Answer:
Seems like seborrheic dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Tha.k you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar, dermatologist.
I have gone through your query and I have reviewed the images.
She seems to have seborrheic dermatitis. It usually presents as red, itchy patches on face e.g forehead and sides of nose.
I suggest her to use pimecrolimus 1% cream e.g Elidel cream twice daily. It is a non steroidal cream.

Regards
